About the procedure:

When a new thesis is to be registered, the first step is for the student to create the proposal in SharePoint. The further steps, e.g. the confirmation by the supervisor as well as the submission and the grading, continue in SharePoint; the responsible person will receive an e-mail at the appropriate time.

What do you have to do specifically?

• For the registration of the bachelor or master thesis, please submit a request in SharePoint. Important note: Access to SharePoint at OTH Regensburg is only possible in the internal network of OTH Regensburg or via VPN client.
• The request will automatically be forwarded to your supervisor. The supervisor receives an email and approves the request in SharePoint.
• You work diligently and write your thesis together. At the end, you upload the thesis to SharePoint; this is also the official submission of your thesis. The thesis is automatically forwarded to your* supervisor.
• This process completely replaces the old process. The old PDF forms are no longer accepted.
